This fund will be used to support ongoing community development projects led by CDCs that are focused on improving housing quality and affordability, access to health and wellness services, or economic and social mobility. In contrast to the CDC Capacity Fund which invests in building organizational/operational capacity, this fund provides support for targeted projects or programs.
